How to Brew
For Cafetière: Use one heaped dessert spoon (8-10g) per 250ml cup. Add water just off the boil (~92°C). Stir, brew for 4 minutes, then plunge slowly and enjoy immediately.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture. For extended freshness, seal tightly and store in the freezer. Best brewed before date is on the side of the bag.
